The User acknowledges that CA Indosuez (Group) SA holds and retains the exclusive ownership of all rights, title and interest in the Website and its content (in particular, information, data, sounds, images, texts, drawings, graphics, distinctive signs, logos, brands, iconographic and photographic representations, downloadable documents, etc.), or, as applicable, has acquired the necessary rights to publish such content on the Website.
